Saxon House (GB)

Dynamo Dave (USA)

5-y-o bay gelding by Distorted Humor (USA) out of Nothing Special (CAN). He is a strong, good looking gelding who has won over six and seven furlongs on the grass and all-weather. He really likes quick ground.

Calculating (IRE)

6-y-o dark bay gelding by Machiavellian (USA) out of Zaheemah (USA). He had a very successful all-weather campaign in the winter of 07/08 culminating in a fine victory in The Queen's Prize at Kempton. He ran well in 2009, was placed several times and won four races including a first success on grass at Epsom. He has been a model of consistency again this season running in staying handicaps and won on his first start back from a summer holiday. Quite the stable star.
OWNER: Brian Rogan

Diamond Dee (GB)

4-y-o chestnut filly by Deploy out of Diamond Swan. She is a lovely late maturing filly who has not been rushed. She ran a few times on the flat, showing a fair degree of promise, but has been switched to hurdling and put up a good effort finishing third in her first start at Bangor followed by a promising second in a Class 4 novices' hurdle at Hereford. She unfortunately has suffered a minor injury and will be off the track for a few months whilst she recovers.
OWNER: M.D.I. Usher

Three Year Olds

Sea Tobougie (GB)

Chestnut filly by Tobougg (IRE) out of Mary Sea (FR). She is a tough, genuine filly who has been working quite well at home. She will be much better off with some racecourse experience and when running in handicaps.
OWNER: Mrs. J. A. Gawthorpe.

Another Character (USA)

Dark bay colt by Giant's Causeway (USA) out of Mambo Halo (USA). He is a big late maturing type who has not done much racing and unfortunately suffered a nasty injury at Lingfield in August, when splitting his pastern. He has undergone surgery and is now resting but obviously will be off the track for some time.
OWNER: Gordon Phillips

Katmai River (IRE)

Bay gelding by Choisir (AUS) out of Katavi (USA). This former Jeremy Noseda trained gelding has shown promise. He unfortunately had an injury so was rested. I quite like this horse and feel that with some racecourse experience he will certainly improve.
OWNER: M.D.I. Usher

Spice Fair (GB)

Chestnut gelding by Trade Fair out of Focosa (ITY). He is a lovely looking gelding who has been given plenty of time and certainly has ability. He had run consistently well, without actually winning, although had no luck in running in some but placed four times. Pleased to say he put all that to rights when a comfortable winner at Kempton in July over an extended trip of two miles.
OWNER: Saxon House Racing.

My Sister (GB)

Bay filly by Royal Applause out of Mysistra (FR). She is by the tremendously successful stallion Royal Applause and is a half-sister to three winners. This is a nice filly who has run some pleasing races and has ability. Now stepped up in trip and with ease in the ground I'm sure it wont be too long before she is in the winner's enclosure.
OWNER: Itchen Valley Stud and Partners.

Sweet Pilgrim (GB)

Bay filly by Talkin Man (CAN) out of Faraway Moon. She is a smashing little filly who is half-sister to both Kelamon and Peper Harow who were multiple winners for this stable. She was lightly raced as a two year old; has strengthened up physically over the winter and ran a promising race first time out this season, following up by winning at Chepstow in May.
