Three Year Olds

Ridgeway Sapphire (GB)

Bay filly by Zafeen (FR) out of Barefooted Flyer (USA). She ran well enough on the grass as a two year old but then disappointed when tried on the all-weather. She had the winter off, has grown and matured and hopefully this should set her up well for the season ahead.
OWNER: Goodracing Partnership.

Two Year Olds

Shutupandrive (GB)

Bay filly by Forest Wildcat (USA) out of Sharp Contrast (USA). Forest Wildcat (USA) was a sprinter who is very well regarded in the USA and has sired a host of good horses. This filly has just joined the yard, she looks pretty sharp and should not be too far away from her racecourse debut.
OWNER: Champagne And Shambles.

Titan Diamond (IRE)

Bay colt by Diamond Green (FR) out of Ditton Dancer. He was bought from the Newmarket Guineas Breeze-Up Sales at the end of April. He is a first foal, born in April and understandably is not very big but is showing a bit of promise and should come into his own when he gets into handicap company.
OWNER: I. Sheward.

Blue Cossack (IRE)

Bay colt by Ivan Denisovich (IRE) out of Biasca. He is a fairly recent addition to the yard having been bought at the Doncaster Breeze-Up Sales in April. He is an impressive looking two year old who has just had the one run so far.
OWNER: Reg Brookes and Richard Jurd.

Best Be Careful (IRE)

Bay filly by Exceed And Excel (AUS) out of Precautionary. This filly was purchased at the Newmarket Guineas Breeze Up Sale in April. She is a neat, fairly compact filly who shows good early speed and handles fast ground. Placed in her first two starts and then won at Lingfield in July. Her sire, Exceed And Excel is having a great season with two year old sprinters.
OWNER: Mrs. Jill Pellett.

Unnamed colt by Avonbridge

Bay colt by Avonbridge out of Over The Limit (IRE). This neat, compact first foal from a well related mare looks like a sharp two year old. He has been broken in late but I can see him catching up quickly.
OWNER: High Five Racing/M.D.I. Usher

May's Boy (GB)

Grey colt by Proclamation (IRE) out of Sweet Portia (IRE). He is a great walker who looks very athletic and he certainly looks like a two year old in the making. He ran quite well on his racecourse debut on the all-weather, was very green, but showed significant improvement to finish third when switched to the grass on his second outing. Sure to improve and probably needs seven furlongs.
OWNER: High Five Racing.

Seadream (GB)

Bay colt by Bertolini (USA) out of Last Dream (IRE). Quite a big, good walking colt who was bought at the Tattersalls December Yearling Sales 2009. He is progressing very well and should not be too far off making his debut.
OWNER: High Five Racing.

Gower Rules (IRE)

Dark grey colt by Aussie Rules (USA) out of Holy Norma. Purchased from Tattersalls December Yearling Sales 2009. He was quite a late foal and although not very big is a good walker and has some strength about him. He is rather immature but ran a much improved race on his third start to finish second and looks to be going in the right direction.
OWNER: High Five Racing.

Reginald Claude (GB)

Bay colt by Monsieur Bond (IRE) out of Miller's Melody. Foaled in March 2008, he is quite a big, strong colt who ran well on his debut in a Windsor Maiden over 5 furlongs. He has progressed nicely and won at Nottingham in July. Looks a promising sort.
OWNER: High Five Racing.
