5 Year-old bay filly by Royal Applause out of Mysistra(FR). She is by the tremendously successful stallion Royal Applause and is a half-sister to three winners.
She is a nice filly who has run some pleasing races and has ability. She ran well in defeat as a three year-old coming second twice.
She was given a break and returned to the track in July 2011, at Lingfield, and continued to run well albeit not winning.
The decision was taken to send her hurdling as she schools well. Now handicapped, she put up an improved performance to win by 14 lengths and seemed to appreciate the better ground. The handicapper has some-what over reacted, raising her 12lbs, which will make life tough.
