I have been training racehorses since 1983 and I am now based in Rowdown Stables, Upper Lambourn, a modern, purpose built, Yard with 30 Boxes with easy access to the superb Lambourn Gallops. We moved into Rowdown on the 1st January 2016 and you can see something of the excellent facilites we have here. My team and I work hard to do the best for our horses and to achieve success and enjoyment for our owners; I pride myself on high standards and attention to detail.
Visitors to the yard are always welcome! You can keep uptodate with the latest news from Rowdown by clicking this link and you can see our immediately upcoming Entries and running plans by clicking here and then selecting 'Entries'.
I look forward to hearing from you.

2020 Chesnut Gelding
by Cityscape (GB) ex Birch Cove (Fr) ( Shamardal (USA) )
A winner of a nice Novice Stake at Sandown as a two year old in June 2022 he ran with credit in three other races at two, finishing third at Chepstow at the beginning of September 2022.
He was then off the track for slightly over a year before running twice at Bath; understandably rusty and not fully sharp in both of those races he showed the benefit of them by runnng two excellent races at Chelmsford at the end of October 2023 and at the beginning of November 2023, finishing second both times. Now feasibly handicapped at 60 he should continue to give a good account of himself in five and six furlongs Handicaps and he is capable of winning more races.
