I have been training racehorses since 1983 and I am now based in Rowdown Stables, Upper Lambourn, a modern, purpose built, Yard with 30 Boxes with easy access to the superb Lambourn Gallops. We moved into Rowdown on the 1st January 2016 and you can see something of the excellent facilites we have here. My team and I work hard to do the best for our horses and to achieve success and enjoyment for our owners; I pride myself on high standards and attention to detail.

2022 Bay Mare

We purchased her at Tattersalls as a yearling in October 2023; we put her on the track on the Lingfield turf in July and she quietly progressed in Maiden company as she went up in trip; her first Nursery run was over eight furlongs at Yarmouth in the middle of September and she ran an excellent race just not quite getting up after being slightly short of room mid race and over two out. She went up in trip again to ten furlong in a competitive quite good class Chelmsford Nursery in the second week of October; she ran out a ready winner, staying on stoutly and always does enough close home.
She is a nice filly who will improve again as she goes up in trip and should make up into a real nice middle distance filly in 2025 and 2026.
