Yesterday at Wolverhampton
King's Heart ran a decent race in the first race at Wolverhampton yesterday just coming up against an improving, well handicapped person; he is, pleasingly, beginning to run with more consistency and his turn will not be far away. Shamonix will now be able to run in handicaps and we are looking forward to running her over further and on a more galloping turf track, the original aim of going to Windsor last Monday evening to achieve something of this falling victim to the weather. Misu Pete was just unlucky, stumbling as he left the stalls and leaving Nicola with little chance; we will look to find something of a similar race over eight furlongs going forward.
Our original plan of roughing Marshall Aid off was put on hold after the power outage at Chelmsford and he will run tomorrow in Nottingham's staying handicap and we are taking Dolly Dagger, who ran decently at both Salisbury and in the first two year old Pattern race of the Season at York, to Goodwood to take her chance in their quite valuable Plate.
