Dreamboat Annie at Sandown
One way another Bullseye Bullet got himself back on a forward going track after things did not go so well at Kempton; slightly held up twice and beaten five lengths he should be competitive in similar Nurseries going forward perhaps going back up in trip.
This afternoon we take another of Verity Bourne’s homebreds, Dreamboat Annie, to Sandown for their reasonably well endowered in pm terms five furlong Class Five Nursery. She is a substantial (and quite physically striking filly) who ran two excellent races at Bath before finding running the bends of Dunstall Park at sprinting pace a struggle. Although the Handicapper didn’t ease her (at all!!) for running modestly at Wolverhampton she should find the uphill open space down the middle of the Esher track much, much more to her liking and goes to Sandown to run well and competitively.
