Going Forward Into 2022
We hope to be back in action on Friday
evening with First Verse and Willingly at Kempton; it does depend a bit
on tomorrow morning's ballot, particularly as to where we might run
First Verse; Bird for Life and Blue Galaxy both carry entries in
Lingfield's staying Handicap on Saturday afternoon.
You might recall that I spoke last week about how pleased we were to be able to buy Liberty Bay back at Tattersalls Ascot; I am putting together a small partnership to race her from the beginning of the 2022 turf season; given the success the filly had over the Summer she deserves a bit of break to the New Year and we will aim to run her in good quality sprint handicaps from the beginning of April; you can see the detail by following this link. She got into the Winner's Enclosure at four Grade One tracks between June and September, at Ascot, Goodwood, Newmarket and Doncaster, and we are delighted to be able to race her for Rowdown next year.
We are also very pleased with the way that
the three 2022 Nursery Yearlings are progressing; I am just about the
issue the dividend on the dissolution of the 2020 Nursery (six wins and
ten places!) and you can see the detail of the 2022 iteration by following this link.
