Back in Action at Lingfield Tomorrow
Our last runner before the AW Jockey's
break is Bird for Life in Lingfield's sixteen furlong handicap tomorrow
afternoon; more of her tomorrow but two things tend to spring off the
page; draw a line completely thru her last run given how things went at
the start and, off 55, she is competitively handicapped.
You might recall that I touched on earlier in the week about the three yearlings that will form the 2022 Nursery; you can see the full sp by following this link but I just wanted to say that we were delighted to see Czarna Roza's 2019 colt foal, Tickets, by the 2017 Prix Foret and Park Stakes winner, Aclaim, finish an excellent third, beaten three quarters of length after leading to the last 100 yards, in a Kempton eight furlong Novice Stake the day before yesterday; if you were to allow Tickets to be a 'winner' (he surely will be if stays right) nine of Czarna Roza's ten foals to be trained will have won (five of these have achieved marks of over 80) and only the 2017 filly foal by Nathaniel has not actually on a race; and she managed to run to 61without being placed; I hope that this provides the evidence of the intrinsic value of the Nursery; I should be very pleased to show you Czarna Roza's yearling
(and the other two who are equally nice specimens) on the move virtually any day Monday through to Saturday
