We are now expecting our Internet Connection to be restored from this coming Friday morning; tedious but hopefully normality will be restored over the next two days; both landlines 01488 72598 and 73630 are working normally.

Vitaine Verlaine makes her debut at Lingfield this afternoon in the six furlong Novice stake on the turf; and The Bay Warrior and Garden View both go to Kempton for their Twilight Meeting this evening.

Vitaine Verlaine is a really nice filly by Iffraaj out of a Sir Pervy Mare who won over eight and twelve furlongs; she is likely to need further and, in the manner of most of our Two Year Olds, will come on for the experience.

The Bay Warrior is a pound wrong going forward but he won over c&d off 59 in the first week of January and eleven furlongs round Kempton is very likely his ideal trip and track; he clearly has an excellent chance this evening on the balance of his form with only the top weight (who seems likely to be hard to beat) having a very slightly better one; but he does need to bounce back from a couple of three slightly below par performances since he was third at Southwell in the middle of April; if he does come back to his best form he has a cracking ew chance this evening.

Garden View is another guy who is a pound wrong from next Monday; and she didn't run as well as we hoped she would at Wolverhampton the week before last visually at least seemingly not quite to get home over nine and a half furlongs, a trip we thought would suit; he is back to eight furlongs today and has an excellent chance if he can replicate what he achieved at Wolverhampton on the 20th of June or at Chelmsford at the beginning of May; we are delighted to have Robert and it is not so easy to predict how she will run.

Fahrenheit Seven, who is an improving horse and tomorrow's race can be seen as part of his preparation for the 2025 Ayr Gold Cup, and the really consistent Conquest of Power both go to Epsom tomorrow evening.
