A Satisfactory Evening at Wolverhampton
Things went pretty well at Wolverhampton yesterday evening; Sid's Annie put her disappointing run at Southwell behind her with a running on and close up fourth in the Mare's Handicap; she didn't quite get the run of the race over two out but for which she would likely to have been third; with the prospect of being eased perhaps another pound or better still two gives some promise going forward.
Heerathetrack ran really well and landed the place dabbles;
he probably couldn't have coped with the winner regardless but, with a
kinder draw, would have likely to have been second; he will probably be
left on 51 and, pretty much self evidently, is capable of winning in
yesterday evening's grade off it.
No runners today; but quite a bizzy
evening at Chelmsford tomorrow with Q20 Boy, Shades of May, Lumberjack
and Meisterzinger all declared.
