Miss Chester Returns to Kempton
Miss Chester goes back to Kempton for her
second start, up in trip a furlong to seven, in the Maiden Fillies Stake
this evening; we were very pleased with her first start where she made
persistent progress up the straight to be beaten five lengths and to be
more or less the nearest at the finish; she should improve again over
the extra furlong and we go back to Kempton with the second best
theoretical chance in the race on what has been achieved on the track;
the favourite clearly has a favourite's chance but our filly should run
well and is overpriced at 14s in terms of the place markets, certainly;
she is a filly to keep on the rightside of in handicaps going forward.
Heerathetrack, still on a mark of 54, goes back to Chelmsford tomorrow evening.
