2017 Chesnut Filly
by Hot Streak (Ire) ex Paradise Place (GB) ( Compton Place (GB) )
By the Cornwallis and Temple Stakes winner and successful sire, Hot Streak, out of a winning Compton Place Mare, Paradise Place, this filly arrived at Rowdown for his enthusiastic Owner/Rider during the early Summer of 2020.
We put her on the track in a six furlong Maiden on Lingfield's polytrack in the middle of July, where she showed some speed for four furlongs or so; she will probably need further than six in time and will be seen to better effect in handicaps; she is a quietly progressive filly who outran her odds wihen a running on fourth at 300/1 in the second of her two Maiden runs at Sandown; and then ran equally as well, if not better, by finishing third to a Godolphin and a Chevely Park filly in what was almost certainly a good quality Novice Stake run over a mile at Leicester; the Yard are looking forward to seeing her off a mark.
